Zoom Webinars: Sharing Options
The host can share their screen with others in the webinar, as well as grant permissions for panelists to share their screen during webinar. To view and update sharing options, at the bottom of the Zoom webinar window select Share Screen. By default, only the host can share and no one can start sharing when someone else is sharing.
Advanced Sharing Options
If a panelist needs to share their screen with the attendees,
- In the Who can share options, the host would select All Panelists
- The host would also need to decide if others can start sharing when someone else in sharing.
