Live Events - More Options

The More option at the top of the event provides information on the event as well as the ability to adjust some settings. See the options for producer and presenter below.

• Producer

  The producer has the following options:

  1. Device settings – Displays the speaker, microphone, and camera settings.
  2. Call health – Provides information such as if the network is stable or if there could be some slowness on the event due to network issues.
  3. Meeting info – Displays the link to the event as well as how to call into the event if they didn’t have computer speakers, etc.
  4. Restart event – Allows the producer the ability to restart the event.

  

• Presenter

  The presenter has the following options.

  1. Device settings – Displays the speaker, microphone, and camera settings.
  2. Call health – Provides information such as if the network is stable or if there could be some slowness on the event due to network issues.
  3. Meeting info – Displays the link to the event as well as how to call into the event if they didn’t have computer speakers, etc.
  4. Call me – Teams will call the presenter through Teams.
  5. Apply background effects – Applies virtual background effects to the presenter’s camera
  6. Don’t show chat bubbles – Disables the bubbles that show for chat messages.
