CONGRATULATIONS on your upcoming graduation from Sam Houston State University! To be eligible for consideration for the SHSU Forward Graduation Package which will include a free cap, gown, stage picture package, and graduation picture package, you must be a former foster, orphan, ward of the court, or homeless student, graduating in the semester for which you are applying. You must complete and submit this application by the following dates depending on the semester in which you are graduating in: 

• May: apply for Graduation Package Award by early April;
• August: apply for the Graduation Package Award by early July;
• December: apply for Graduation Package Award by early November.

Fill out and submit the form electronically by the deadline above.
