Annual ePermits
An annual ePermit provides access year round to different areas. Each permit year begins August 12th and must be renewed or purchased by the following August. ePermits are electronic permits linked to your license plate(s) for designated zones. Students may register 2 license plates, while employees may register up to 4. Only one vehicle can be parked on campus at a time. ePermits have different access depending on the time of day and day of the week.
Peak Hours. Weekdays from 7:30am to 5pm.
Off-Peak Hours. Weekdays from 5:01pm to 7:29am & all day weekends.

More Details
Waitlist. High-demand ePermits are controlled by waitlists, which issue permits based on university status, classification, etc.
Prorates. After October, new purchases of annual ePermits will be prorated. Prorates are not applicable when citations are waived. See Parking Rules & Regulations for prorates
Returns. After the 20th class day of the fall semester, ePermits are unable to be returned for a refund.
Payments. Students and employee ePermit balance will transfer to their MySam account. Transfers occur overnight, so you won't able to pay until the following day. Visitors will pay with a credit/debit card through the parking portal.
Outstanding Balances. You will not be eligible to renew or purchase a parking permit if you have an outstanding balance due to an unpaid parking permit or citation.
Designations. Zones controlled by waitlist are split into designations to issue an accurate quantity of ePermits for each area. Zone 1 designations are split by Avenue I, creating the East and West zones. The Residential Zone is divided into quadrants; North, South, East, and West. Residential designations are divided by Avenue I and Bowers Blvd.
Arrive Early. With the exception of reserved spaces, parking is not guaranteed in your desired location. Always arrive early and have a back up plan!
