Wi-Fi Calling
Wi-Fi Calling allows you to make and receive calls over a Wi-Fi network if cellular service isn't available. For detailed information on the features of wi-fi calling and how to enable it, please select one of the listed wireless providers.
911 calls and Wi-Fi Calling
E911 service may be limited when compared to traditional 911 service. When you place a 911 call, the call goes over the cellular network when possible. If Wi-Fi Calling must be used to call 911, we route your call based on location data from your device and the Wi-Fi network. Keep the E911 address of your Wi-Fi Calling location up to date. Service may be delayed or unavailable if we can’t locate you and you use Wi-Fi Calling at a location other than the E911 address you entered on your device. If Wi-Fi connection is lost during a 911 call, your call will disconnect.
