Windows Software Center

To install a pre-approved application in Windows, start typing Software Center in the Search area of the task bar. The more text typed, the more narrow the results. 

Select Software Center.

This will display a list of software and tools available for download to the user’s profile. Locate and the select the software needed and select Install.

After a few minutes, the installation will begin. A notification display will appear in the notification area as the program installs. After a few minutes, the program will be available for use.

Time for installation will vary depending on size of software being installed.
