The New Assessment Cycle for 2024-2025 is Open!
The 2024-2025 Assessment Cycle is now available in Anthology Planning. The following plan items have rolled over from 2023-2024 to 2024-2025: Goals, Objectives, Indicators/Criteria, and KPIs/Targets. Please review these items to ensure they still align with your unit's plan for improvement this year. If there are items you will no longer assess, please remove them from your new plan. The deadline to review and update these items is December 2, 2024.
Assessment plan item definitions and examples can be found here. For additional information, please see the Assessment Resources web page. If you have questions or require assistance in entering your plan items, please contact the Assessment Team at assessment@shsu.edu.
Senate Bill 17
When determining and inputting assessment elements, users should keep in mind that the words 'diverse,' 'inclusion,' and 'equity' in and of themselves do not create a compliance issue; however, context related to programs, services, training, etc. should be evaluated for compliance. Users can consult the TSUS SB 17 Guidance - First Publication document available at https://www.tsus.edu/offices/general-counsel.html for guidance on what is prohibited or permissible. For questions related to SB 17 compliance, please reach out to the Office of Compliance and Insurance at 936.294.1077 or complianceandinsurance@shsu.edu.
