1^st Monday in October	Deans receive a list of faculty eligible for tenure and/or promotion
2^nd Monday in October	Chairs notify eligible faculty
1^st Monday in November	DPTAC elects chair and submits name to department chair
January 13, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CT	Faculty Review Portfolios due DPTAC reviewers have 3 weeks to evaluate portfolios
February 4, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CT	DPTAC evaluations due Department chairs have 1 week to evaluate portfolios
February 11, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CT	Department chair/School director recommendations due Deans have 2 weeks to evaluate portfolios
February 25, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CT	Dean recommendations due Provost has 6 weeks to evaluate portfolios
April 8, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. CT	Provost recommendations due
May Board of Regents Meeting	President recommendations are sent to the Board for consideration
