The BSN and LVN – BSN programs are offered face-to-face at the SHSU – The Woodlands Center campus on Highway 242 in The Woodlands.
The RN to BSN track is 100% online to accommodate a working nurse’s schedule.

Special Admission Requirements (BSN and LVN to BSN)
- Accepted to SHSU
- Complete the Nursing Application
- Complete prerequisite courses
- Overall GPA and Prerequisite GPA of 3.0 and a “C” or better in all lower level degree requirements
- Acceptable score on the TEAS VI (Test of Essential Academic Skills)
Students may be considered Health Sciences/Public Health majors (Pre-Nursing) until acceptance to the nursing program.
